Events are scheduled two weeks in advance. Please give us a call in that two-week window to register for the event.
Due to being a mobile ministry, we are not available to answer calls on a daily basis. Please leave your name and number, and someone will return your call as SOON as possible. We appreciate your patience.
If you have insurance coverage, we encourage you to use it. Then, we can help with the rest of the expenses.
You must be at least 40 to schedule a mammogram with AFMS.
Currently, we can make bifocals for our vision patients. However, we cannot make progressive/no-line lenses.
